Fully custom solutions for specific material handling requirements

For applications that cannot be solved with a modular lifting solution, we develop fully custom solutions. Every project starts with an analysis of the product, handling process, available host machine, and operating conditions. Based on this, our engineers determine the most suitable approach, whether using vacuum technology, mechanical systems, or a combination of both.

Decades of experience in different industries give us a broad view of material handling. This often helps our engineers identify possibilities beyond the initial concept, whether in the handling method, process layout, or level of automation and operator involvement.

With engineering, manufacturing, and service in-house, we cover the complete process — from developing the design and controlling production quality to service and maintenance after delivery.

Custom solutions for a wide range of products and industries

Our expertise lies in handling heavy loads from 1 to 200 tons, including precast concrete elements and tunnel segments, metal sheets, and paper rolls. While our modular lifting solutions can be configured for a wide range of applications, we also develop fully customized handling systems for unique requirements or other industries. For instance, our custom solutions include integration with automated precast concrete handling lines, C-hooks and grippers for monopile cans and cones, and ship-to-ship vacuum mooring systems.
